This design is part of the collection inspired by Carl and Karin Larsson, an iconic and beloved Swedish design family active in the 19th century. The design duo still inspires the whole world with their artistry, their home, and their way of living. This hand-painted design adds beauty to your home. In 1899 Carl published an album with watercolor paintings from the family's home and life at Lilla Hyttnäs. The album, called “ Huset i Solen” (The house in the sun) became a huge success story
