THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Manager who can drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and innovation within our supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, proven leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
30% Procurement and Sourcing Management
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
- Ensure the timely procurement of quality raw materials and components.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance and relationships.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs and ensure a reliable supply chain
20% Logistics Management
- Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods.
- Manage warehouse operations, including storage, inventory management, picking, and packing.
- Optimize logistics processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers as needed.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure they reach their destination safely and on time
- Implement and manage logistics management software and tools
- Besides, importing and exporting work coordinates international shipments, ensures customs compliance, and manages necessary documentation. It also includes risk mitigation, cost optimization, and effective communication with customs brokers and logistics providers
5% Inventory Management
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and manage stock levels.
5% Demand Planning and Forecasting
- Collaborate with sales, production development, and marketing teams to forecast demand.
- Develop demand planning models to predict future sales and inventory needs.
- Adjust supply chain plans based on demand fluctuations and market trends.
- Utilize data analysis tools to improve forecasting accuracy.
5% Production Planning
- Work with production teams to create production schedules.
- Ensure that production plans align with demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Monitor production progress and address any delays or issues.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
10% Quality Control and Assurance
- Establish and enforce quality control standards for all supply chain processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Address any quality issues or defects on time.
- Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to improve product quality.
10% Cost Management
- Monitor and control supply chain costs to ensure profitability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
- Analyze financial data to assess the impact of supply chain activities on overall profitability.
- Prepare and present cost reports to senior management.
10% Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and fraud.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for audits and inspections.
10% Technology and Innovation
- Implement and manage supply chain management software and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Explore and adopt innovative solutions to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Train staff on the use of technology and best practices.
10% Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and motivate the supply chain team to achieve departmental goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and inventory management software.
- Proficient English communication (for working with international vendors)
