RECRUITMENT | ORDER PROCESSING OFFICER

Job Description

• Receiving and processing orders on company system according to schedule
• Aggregating and categorizing items, based on inventory and order data, and tracking order fluctuations and alterations.
• Working with suppliers to ensure products are manufactured according to predetermined specifications and on time
• Working closely and collaboratively with Sales and Operation Department to solve problems arising during order processing on a timely manner
• Providing initiatives, suggestions and solutions to optimize internal operations in team
• Making daily/weekly/monthly reports on work status
• Performing other tasks as required or assigned by superiors

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good English reading and writing skills
• Customer-focus mindset
• Ability to work independently, carefully, quickly and proactively
• Attention to detail, eager to learn, agile, proactive, responsible for work, ensuring the progress of the assigned work
• Ability to organize, arrange work logically and effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and a fast-paced environment

Qualifications/Experiences

• Graduated from College/University majoring in Commerce, Economics, etc.
• 1-2 years of experience working in an equivalent position

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with 90 minutes break, Monday - Saturday (2 Saturdays per month)
